Lifesteps Maternal Health Services provides compassionate, in-home support for mothers, newborns, and children up to 18 months old, helping families build a healthy foundation for lifelong success. Our goal is to ensure every child gets the best start in life, beginning right at home.
Personalized In-Home Support for Mothers & Babies
Through regularly planned in-home visits, trained Maternal Health Specialists mentor and guide families through the critical early stages of parenting. These visits are tailored to each family’s unique needs and focus on:
- Healthy child development
- Child safety education
- Parenting skills and confidence-building
- Health care appointment setting and follow-up
- Family planning support
- Access to health benefits and community resources
- Provide Postpartum and Child Developmental Screenings
By bringing expert care directly to the home, we eliminate barriers to support and ensure that families receive help when and where they need it most.
