Infant Toddler Contracted Slots (ITCS) Program
The Infant Toddler Contracted Slots program is a FREE child care program provided to qualifying families with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 36 months. It supports high quality services for infants and toddlers by offering:
- Low ratios in child care classrooms – 1 staff to 4 children in Infant Toddler Contracted Slots classrooms
- Developmentally appropriate activities designed to promote self-esteem and independence
- Supported transitions from infant-toddler care to child care, preschool, or Pre-K Counts program
- Keystone STARS High Quality facility
