To register for Lifesteps Families Forever Program, complete this form.
- There will be a payment of $70 due when you schedule.
- All refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee.
- A $30 rescheduling fee will apply for rescheduling the week of the seminar.
After registering, contact a Families Services team member at 724-283-1010 to finalize your registration, process your registration fee, and secure your seminar date.
This Seminar is for adults only. Child Care is not provided.
